Restoration

God sees your anguish; He hears your cries. He brings hope where there seems to be none. As David said in Psalm 38 "You know what I long for, Lord; you hear my every sigh...For I am waiting for you LORD, You must answer for me O Lord my God."

You may be as David was "on the verge of collapse" and "facing constant pain", but know that our God is a God of restoration. He promises us that He will restore us, but we must repent and obey. In Jeremiah 30, the Lord says "It will be a time of trouble for my people Israel. Yet in the end, they will be saved!" Scripture says, "I will give you back your health and heal your wounds, says the LORD." He loves us so very much. He promises to "give rest to the weary and joy to the sorrowing."

God restores our hurts. He heals our hearts, our bodies, and our souls, and brings us the greatest joy. He hears our prayers for they never come back void. Even though in our moments of sorrow and anguish it doesn't seem to be that way; He hears us as He heard David in his times of immense fear, pain, and anguish. He hears you; I know trust doesn't come easy. It wasn't easy for David to believe that He would one day become king, even after he was annointed; it wasn't easy for Moses to believe that he and his people would escape Egypt, even after God spoke to him from a burning bush; it definitely was easy for Daniel to be in the lion's den to trust that God would save him. As for many of us, life can seem like a dark tunnel leading to more darkness and we may not be able to see the light, but trust that God can fulfill his "impossible" promises. For what God has done for those before us, he can still do for us today!

Allow God's grace to embrace you today. Allow him to restore your heart, your body, and your mind. Trust in Him, no matter how difficult your cirumstance seems for the God of all creation loves you and when you turn to Him. He will embrace you, love on you, and overwhelm you with His supernatural grace and peace. Do as Mark 11:24 says, " I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours."

Encourage someone today with these words. It may be just the perfect words that they need to hear today. These words maybe the perfect words that you needed to hear. I pray that the Lord uses these words to encourage your heart in whatever situation you or your loved ones are facing. Know He hears your cries, your sighs, and your sorrows.

Thank you my Father for hearing our hearts and restoring back to us what you have promised. Allow us to receive your peace, your love, and your grace today. We love you Daddy. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
